- Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering Degree from accredited university is a MUST requirement.
- Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in an architectural office or construction site office is a MUST requirement
- Experience of working in construction sites is a strong PLUS.
- Oversea working experience is a strong PLUS+PLUS
- Capability of coordinating with MEP disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software.
- Strong knowledge of local regulation, building code and constructability.
- Organized, dependable, accurate, positive attitude, and self-motivated
- Must work well with others in team environment.
- Licensed Architect (registered with Sri Lankan or foreign nation authority) is strongly preferred but not a MUST requirement.
