-20-years relevant successful experience of Construction/ Project Management in  Transportation/ Infrastructure  Construction, in PM/CM, Direct Hire and Subcontracting

-Relevant experience of design &/or implementation of metro rail engineering systems and  equipment

-Comprehensive understanding of relevant environmental, safety and health regulations and  their implementation

-Excellent interpersonal skills including highly effective written and verbal communication

-Significant experience of client and supplier relationship management

-Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline

-Fluency in both English and Arabic
