-The KFAA SM shall have a minimum of 6 years IT Management experience, with a significant  proportion of this in an IT  operations role.

-The KFAA SM shall have experience of working in an environment using virtualized services.

-Has achieved SFIA level 3 proficiency in any development or service provision skill, with  an emphasis on measurement  and analysis.

-Ideally educated to bachelor degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification.

 Desirable:

-Has sound commercial, organizational, time management and staff management skills.

-Has a disciplined and analytical approach to complex issues. Demonstrates the ability to  work with initiative, creativity   and flexibility.

-Pays attention to detail and has good interpersonal skills.
