- Must have a relevant qualification in Engineering or Construction Management

- Minimum 15 – 20 years relevant experience on large building projects, preferably with high rise experience.

- Project Monitoring & Controls

- Use of Planning Software (P6)

- Resources Planning/Levelling

- Work Breakdown Structures

- Multi-Project Management

- Management Reports & Presentation

- Tender Schedule/Master Schedule/Project Schedule/Recovery Plan

- EOT Schedule/Delay Impact Analysis

- Production & Progress S- Curves, Manpower Histograms

- Progress/Cost Measurement & Control System

- Areas of Concern/Delay Logs

- Change of Scope, Claims, Variations

- Strong Communication/Reporting Skills
