Cobalt Abu Dhabi is part of a leading international recruitment provider with offices in Europe, Singapore and New Zealand.

• Interface with the leasing department to update database with new tenant's details; meet with tenants contractors/designers to complete design drawings approvals; and issue necessary documents for tenants to obtain required permissions from concerned government authorities. 

• Facilitate timely communication and coordination with tenants to guarantee completion of fit-out shops according to scheduled opening dates while informing the leasing department for any issues/delay.
