The Human Resources generalist is responsible for all or part of these areas:

- employee orientation, development, and training; 

- policy development and documentation; 

- employee relations; 

- company employee communication; 

- compensation and benefits administration; 

- employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and employee services and counseling.
