Irwin & Dow was established by two highly experienced recruitment professionals, Tracey Irwin and Jocelyn Dow.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years’ experience in a business development position. Coming from an engineering background is an advantage although not essential. You must have a degree and be Western educated. Arabic speaking is also a benefit although again, not essential. It is also essential that you have a valid UAE drivers license with access to your own car.
