The Charterhouse brand and business was launched in Dubai and the Middle East in April 2004 by a team of international recruiters and management consultants, after its inception in Sydney, Australia in September 2003.

The successful candidate should have at least 7 years' retail operations experience including 4 years' in visual merchandising management. You should also have experience in budget planning and control. A qualification in visual merchandising or art and design is advantageous.
